2007 – 2008 Executive Budget Recommendation

The 2007 – 2008 Executive Budget continues to build upon initiatives from previous years to promote the mental health of all New Yorkers, with a particular focus on providing hope and recovery for adults with serious mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbances.
