The facility is located at the juncture of Union Turnpike and Winchester Boulevard in the Queens Village section of Queens, a quarter of a mile west of the Union Turnpike exit of the Cross Island Parkway. It is also accessible from the Grand Central Parkway exiting at Winchester Boulevard / Alley Pond (eastbound) or Union Turnpike exit (westbound).
