Directions to Pilgrim Psychiatric Center

Pilgrim is located off Sagtikos parkway at exits S1 and S2.

From the South Shore of Long Island take Southern State Parkway East to Sagtikos Parkway North. The Pilgrim exit is S2.

There are two routes from the north shore. Take LIE east to exit 53 south (Sagtikos Parkway) to exit S1. An alternate route is to take Northern State Parkway east to exit 44 south. Proceed south on Sagtikos Parkway to exit S1.
