About Queens Children's Psychiatric Center (QCPC)

QCPC serves seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents from the ages of 5 through 18 in a range of programs including Inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, outpatient clinic treatment, intensive case management, homemaker services and community education and consultation services. Day treatment services are available in both Manhattan and Queens. The inpatient program, located in Queens, provides intermediate care treatment to youngsters from both Manhattan and Queens.

Any individual who has concerns about the safety or quality of care provided at Queens Children's Psychiatric Center may report these concerns to the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

In the interest of providing the highest quality care and addressing issues affecting patients promptly, individuals with concerns about safety or quality of care should consult with facility supervisory staff in the area where the service is provided.
