CFR Reporting Training

Training for the preparation of the January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 calendar year CFR will be held at sites throughout New York State during the month of November 2011.

Provider staff should select the session that is most convenient. Attendance at a CFR training session is optional. However, please note that pre-registration is required. A link to the on-line CFR Training registration via a survey format is available on the State Education Department (SED) website Leaving OMH site. If you are unable to register on-line, a registration form is included with the training letter. This letter can be viewed on the SED website Leaving OMH site. Use the back button of your browser to return to the Office of Mental Health CFR site.
