OMH Finance CFR Approved Vendors

Providers must use software to complete the Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) and Consolidated Budget Report (CBR). CFRS software is available free of charge from the NYS Office of Mental Health, Center for Information Technology and Evaluation Research, 44 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12229.
