OMH Announces the Addition of Disaster Resources

The Office of Mental Health (OMH) has added a Disaster Resources tab onto the Mental Health Resources section of the OMH home page. This section provides information on OMH's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funded crisis counseling programs that are presently assisting New York State residents impacted by Tropical Storms Irene (Project Hope) and Lee (Project Renew). In addition to information on these programs, the website also provides other Disaster Mental Health Planning and Response Resources.
