Patient Characteristics Survey (PCS) – The PCS, conducted every two years, provides a comprehensive one–week "snapshot" of the population served by New York State's public mental health system and the services they receive. View demographic, clinical, and service-related information for each person who receives a mental health service during the specified one–week period. The 2006 report represents the first report since the enactment of the Geriatric Mental Health Act. |
Statewide Comprehensive Plan for Mental Health Services - In compliance with Mental Hygiene Law, Section 5.07, this Plan addresses OMH's agenda to promote the mental health of all New Yorkers, with a particular emphasis on providing hope and recovery for adults with serious mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbance. |
