(510kb) – The Office of Mental Health has submitted to Governor Paterson and the Legislature, the first annual report on the implementation of Article 10 of the Mental Hygiene Law. Article 10 became effective in April 2007, and was enacted as part of New York's Sex Offender Management and Treatment Act.
