Patient Characteristics Survey (PCS) – The PCS, conducted every two years, provides a comprehensive one–week "snapshot" of the population served by New York State's public mental health system and the services they receive. View demographic, clinical, and service-related information for each person who receives a mental health service during the specified one–week period. (1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, and 2007 data are available)

2011 Annual Report on the Implementation of Mental Hygiene Law Article 10 PDF Document (306kb) – Mental Hygiene Law Article 10 became effective in April 2007, and was enacted as part of New York's Sex Offender Management and Treatment Act (SOMTA). The 2011 Report is the fifth annual report and provides an overview of SOMTA and presents data on related assessment, litigation and treatment issues.

Geriatric Mental Health: Annual Report – The Commissioner of OMH and the Director of NYSOFA are to annually report to the Governor and Legislature a long-term plan regarding the geriatric mental health needs of the residents of the State and recommendations to address those needs. The 2006 report represents the first report since the enactment of the Geriatric Mental Health Act.
